I think they ran Hammer and Scorecard in Milwaukee across all wards.
Or maybe added ~30 Ballots.

The problem with this ward was that it is one of the few pro Trump wards and had a great pro Trump turn out.

Hence the turnout ballooned up into highly unlikely territory when they tried to increase the margin so Joe Biden is ahead across the state.

Ward 273 is a snapshot of Milwaukee and Wisconsin.

I looked at the precinct and though some dummy just added overnight 30 ballots.

But if looked at in the macro picture, county and state, Hammer and Scorecard make more sense.
