If I think the graph means anything, then looking into the numbers is worthless? What?

I just want to know where the numbers came from for this graph.

As shown all over the media at 4am.

It's a visualization from 538 about Wisconsin after the 4am dump happened. You can see it in raw numbers looking at the counts at 9PM and 4AM or the graph. same.

the numbers itself come from the official WI Milwaukee site as shown in links right in the pic from waybackmachine

This pic is not really for someone learning first time about cheating, just looking at 1 ward out of 478 that shows what happened all over Milwaukee.

Fair enough, I couldn't find the data looking from the official WI site nor 538, but I know the graph is kinda just a throw-in here and not the point of your post, so whatever.

no its the point of the whole post. ;)

The question we pondered was how the graph came to be.. the look into this ward shows a small insight into how it happened.

Here is the graph(comments direct link): https://thedonald.win/p/11PpPMH8XQ/wisconsin-as-it-happened-overnig/c/

(A similar graph you can find for Michigan too 1 hour later)

I made a silly video that showcases the initial curiosity that lead to this and the basic story:
