I dont think they can if they threw the envelopes away.. as far as the ballots backdated. Not sure how they could tell if they had them other than they would know which postoffice it came from. It would be more interesting to know where all the ballots that only had Biden on it came from. It would be funny as hell if the folks manufacturing the ballots stayed at that 4 seasons hotel..
