There are three forms of evidence, physical, testimonial, and circumstantial.
Physical: We've been finding discarded ballots fucking everywhere.
Testimonial: We have God knows how many sworn statements by now.
Circumstantial: Literally everything else.

And of course to note, for testimonial evidence to count it must be sworn. Anybody can point and REEEE, your words only matter if you'll stake your freedom on them being true.

Where can you find the entire affidavit?
You can show them videos too. They have excuses why thats not evidence either.
You can show them a computer printout showing swaying fraud. They will have an excuse how its a glitch and not widespread.
All that works with these people is a court taking their fake president elect and throwing it in the trash. Then they will riot and burn and say life isn't fair. Same shit. Different day.

Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure in Michigan an affidavit itself isn't admissible in lieu of testimony unless whoever swore it dies during the proceeding, if that's correct hopefully it'll never be evidence. General affidavits generally just support a particular stage of a proceeding.

An affidavit can be evidence but isn't necessarily so. At least that was my takeaway from today's Viva Frei episode.
