Thi3 is a right that should not be trifled with ; and although there may be persons in all parties unscrupulous enough to make the endeavor to cheat the honest voter of his birthright, we have confidence enough in tho honesty of the masses to bolievo they will put down every such attempt, come from what party it may. ' Lot us all, as American citizens, frown upon every such echeme, and hold up the authors to tho scorn of every honost man.
