Sure, the above papers filed asked for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction which in simplified terms means they are asking the court to put a stop to what is going on until the court can sort it out. An order to show cause is asking the judge to command the election officials to appear and argue why he should not grant the application. Note that if the judge does grant it usually means he believes in the merits of the cause. Tro and preliminary injunctions have to clear a high hurdle with courts because you are asking the court to take drastic action without hearing all the facts.

Yo, brah. Them papers say they need to stop everything so the law can, like, step in and sh*t, cause the judge says the whole thing is sus. They gotta say why it's not, or he's gonna be PISSED. It's totally lit, fam.

As first reported by Steve Gruber on the Steve Gruber Radio Show, the Great Lakes Justice Center (GLJC) filed an action in Wayne County Circuit Court alleging massive fraud in the election vote-counting procedures. The suit states Wayne County election officials allowed illegal, unlawful, and fraudulent processing of votes cast in last Tuesday’s election. Numerous witnesses have filed sworn affidavits under oath attesting to the fraudulent activities they observed directly. These acts disenfranchised lawful voters and potentially changed the outcome of the election. The various acts of fraud are itemized in the Complaint.
