There are people ready to serve as Dem Electors and other people ready to serve as Repub electors who are appointed in that state by their respective party. However the legislature chooses which set of electors will be sent to the Electoral College. Typically the legislature uses a vote to choose them, however if the vote goes south, the legislature has to take the reins as they are doing now.
That's my point, the Lub on Twitter was like, THAT DON'T MATTER, they can vote for who they want to vote. I don't think he realized there are Dem Electors and Republican Electors, and if the Republican Legislature steps in because of a crap show put on by Dems, they will appoint Republican Electors who more than likely HATE Dems..........the guys last year talking about if Hillary was elected they may not vote for her were Bernia Bums just talking trash.
