It depends.

If they can't determine which ones were received before and after the deadline than yeah, all additional ones would likely be thrown out.

If they can, then they will be audited. However, if they can't, that doesn't help the Dems. Inability to meet SCOTUS's demands don't help you out, in fact the opposite is true.
