Their Presser today perplexed me a little bit. They were talking about being unable to cure ballots/access polling places, but there many have already said that the governor/SoS's refusal to follow the legislature has already resulted in a SCOTUS order to segregate ballots arriving after the deadline.

Why aren't they just suing to remove ballots received after the deadlines for failure to follow election law? Someone please explain.

Ok cool just did a high level reading of the complaint filed today and it seems like they cover everything. I just think SCOTUS is going to be far more receptive to shutting down a state that isn't following it's own rules as mandated by the Const. Thank you!

I think it's a matter of hitting everything they can.
