Redpill: Don't need to "reform" much of anything, just enforce the US Constitution.

We can clean it all up right now, it takes candidates with campaigns willing to fight and fundraise, it takes judges willing to hold themselves and others to their OATHS to uphold/enforce the US Constitution as written, and it takes the right legal grounds to clean up the whole issues.

This is mostly NOT a Federal Government Legislative issue, in fact some things like MOTOR VOTER need to be striken down, but they could also be repealed by congress (but striken is better, so States don't do it as well).
