Being able to vote late makes cheating 1000x easier. You know exactly how many fake ballots you need and where, and you have days to forge them, or go door-to-door in the hood buying votes.
Oh of course, that’s why I want to make sure they are not ignoring that angle. I have total faith in Trump but there was a case or two in his presidency that went the other way because of the way the case was brought, rather than the issue itself. The court can’t do your work for you. They won’t say “well there wasn’t enough unequal treatment or access to rule against PA, but the deadlines thing is a dealbreaker and even though you didn’t bring it up we’ll rule in your favor due to that”.
Also, a big thing you are leaving out with late votes and cheating is that you know how many you CAN make by deducting ballots returned from ballots mailed and/or number of votes cast from total registered. It allows for extremely precise fraud.
My worry is that the unequal access/treatment angle doesn't really get into this. It seems to me (non lawyer) that this wasn't the better angle over what you and others have talked about. If there are any lawyer pedes here I would love to hear their input on this tactic.

its already PA law that late ballots are illegal. Theyve already been ordered, TWICE, by scotus to separate them. This angle has not been forgotten
