Long time data analytics developer here. I have 2016 dataset by county level, need 2020 to complete a predictive analytics tool that will show what the true numbers should be closer to.

The predictions coming out of my app should be able to get us within 2-5% of what the true election numbers should of been by county. I will even setup to show which counties flipped, and what the true electoral map should have looked like. This may also greatly help in narrowing down which counties cheated the most so legal team can focus on those first.

Just need 2020 votes by county to complete this work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
