If RCP comes out and says they never called PA for Biden, big win in optics. All this does is drive people to the fact that some news agencies aren't calling it for Biden. Control the news and the narrative. It doesn't matter if what he says is wrong. Follow the wave of information. This could be a tactic that I don't really see any negative from.
