They never have called it and none of these posts can source to the contrary.

UPDATE: Apparently, Newsmax said this happened in their livestream, but there is not really any evidence to show RCP called it.

Your archive is from 7:48PM Greenwich Mean Time (2:48PM Eastern Standard), Nov 7th. There are no posted screens that prove it wasn't called by RCP after that point.
