If there's one thing that courts despise most, it's willfully ignoring and disobeying their orders.

The cheaters are in trouble.

I think this is why RCP recalled Penn in their election projection

Don't mess with a SCOTUS justice. Bad move.

Especially don't mess with one who's closest colleagues survived career assignation attempts by biden and the left.

I hope justice Thomas and Kavanaugh join Alito in absolutely destroying the Pennsylvania leftys

I wouldn't want to DREAM of pissing of a state Supreme Court but pissing off THE Supreme Court of the nation? Oh boy, you're up shit fucking creek with no paddle.

Who in the world thinks it's a good idea to defy a SCJ twice, especially when his constitutional alignment is the majority? This is crazy.

Apparently they didnt recall anything. RCP hadnt had any candidate hit 270 all week.

Oh, I thought they had Penn shaded Blue as a likely biden state. Then they moved it back to grey tonight

That may be true. Others have been wording the RCP story as something much bigger, meanwhen their projections have 13 grey electoral states or districts still unclaimed, nothing close enough for calling it for a candidate.

Newsmax reported that it did, as did Bannon's Warroom.

The timing doesn't match for that. I think it was either the state house GOP ordering the audit of the votes or the President's lawsuit that caused RCP to change their tune.

Exactly. Even if Robert's doesn't like Trump Pennsylvania just dishonored his court.
