This will be their strategy. Defy court orders. Destroy evidence (ballots). Dare the courts to do anything about it. Then if the courts do actually do anything about it... "WHY ARE THE COURTS OVERTURNING THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE REEEEEE"
1: they either never segregated the votes or they segregated them and it's painfully obvious those ballots are fraud or...they already destroyed them.

2: they'd rather throw out the election than be found out as to what actually happened. If they ar e forced to just abandon the votes counted after a certain time, then Trump wins the state and, they hope, there would be no need to further look into all of the shenanigans
