Alito, Kavanaugh, Thomas.

Question is: ACB, Gorsuch, Roberts... can we get two of three of these...

And turn GA and AZ separately.

ACB and Gorsuch. They were chosen because they are strict Constitutionalist. I wouldn't count on Robert's for shit.

Honestly, I wasn't referring about the issue of post 8 pm ballots.

Only like 3,000 ballots will be affected, and of course the USSC will find they can't be counted.

I'm referring to the bigger case--denial of equal protection. Many votes at stake.

Kavanaugh joined the libs? Do you think we'll be able to trust him with these upcoming rulings?

Did you forget who smeared him and called him a rapist in front of the whole country for weeks and almost made the man cry tears of pure anger? He's out for blood.

I read his second order but can't find it right now. I think he ordered ballots received after 8pm to be sequestered vs. midnight, as OP stated. I only mention that because it would almost assuredly strike down more illegal ballots than a later deadline.

<edit>oops, several other people already noted the 8pm deadline!

Roberts is lost. Totally compromised.

My only concern is Gorsuch. I hear he has been enjoying the DC society thing. Hopefully he stays true.

All the rest should be solid.

SCOTUS sides with the PA legislature on this one.

I think it's wise to be apprehensive about trusting anybody in government at this point, however think of it like this

If Gorsuch rules in favor of the Democrats, he's committing career, and possibly literal, suicide. When the Dems seize power they will do everything they can to prevent any non Democrat from ever being elected to any office in the country ever again, and when they have done that they will expand the size of the SCOTUS so that all Justices, including Gorsuch, would have significantly less power and influence than they have right now. Furthermore, I highly expect every Judge ever appointed by President Trump to be given a Nuremberg style kangaroo court sham impeachment trial.

Gorsuch, by virtue of how he came to be on the SCOTUS, has a target on his back. Any Justice appointed by a Republican President would, at the end of the day, be right to consider it self-preservation to rule against Biden and the Democrats.

I'm looking from the 30,000 foot perch.

If Gorsuch betrays the Constitution, it won't matter so much about him anymore. Or the Court for that matter.

The country will be effectively lost, and it won't be won back by the ballot box ever again.

The peaceful power of the People is exerted by the ballot. The not so peaceful power of the People exerts under the Second Amendment.

All was planned for by the Founders. Brilliant men.

On that narrow issue yes. That's not really a big deal though... like 3k ballots are at stake there.

I think it's honestly a red herring, and other issues should be focused on.
