Don't spend any time worrying about lower court decisions. No matter who wins at the lower courts, SCOTUS is the final say.
On a completely unrelated note, 6 out of 9 SCOTUS members were fought against by democrats, and 4 out of 9 SCOTUS members were personally persecuted by Biden or Harris.
You don't get to the top of the stairs without climbing every stair.
Under normal circumstances one might ask "what good is the Supreme Court?" They only hear a tiny percentage of cases brought to them.
In the case of these election lawsuits the lower courts are rather irrelevant as we know that whomever loses will appeal, and due to the incredible significance of the cases and the constitutional questions being asked that the Supreme Court will grant cert and hear the case once it makes it to them.
There is no doubt that SCOTUS will hear and rule on the major election related cases....
Most of SCOTUS have waited years for the perfect chance at righteous vengeance. Now is that time. Thomas is going to crush Biden like a walnut under a steam roller.
Each layer of court is a filter for cases. The most obvious outcomes are tackled early in the process. For better or worse, it also filters out cases where one or both parties don't want to pay to get through the filter to the next level of courts (appeals).
In this case, there's unlimited time and money so it will inevitably be appealed to the supreme court unless the court itself declines to hear a case.
The court cases still get tried in the lower courts, so there's that much evidence and testimony and statements already made and organized by the time it gets to the SC
If you think SCOTUS is going to decide in Trumps favor then you'll be sorely disappointed. In fact, I doubt they even hear the case. The lie is too big at this point, they figure it's better to just move in than expose fruad and undermine the faith in elections forever. Trust me, it's how these people think. Not to mention the threats/bribes.
Likely others as well, unless they rule on PA or MI in a manner that satisfactorily establishes precedent which can be applied to the other cases without additional direction from SCOTUS.
There is a chance we won't like how they rule, but there's about as little chance of them not granting cert to these cases as there is of Hillary Clinton being inaugurated as the 46th president of these United States.
This is going to end up being decided by SCOTUS.

Which 4? I know of only Thomas and Kavenaugh.
Harris went after Gorsuch and Barrett (and Kavanaugh, as you mentioned).
Biden led the assault on Thomas (as you mentioned).
Serious question. What good are they then? the lower courts I mean...

And other States have started to join the lawsuit against PA. The more States that join, the more likely that it will be ruled on by SCOTUS.

Hmm, could do the same meme for Barry. ??? to Part-time-Senator to President.

not necessarily unlimited time, right?

Exactly. What could happen is that the lower court recognizes the fraud, but says it's not sufficient or does not warrant knocking Biden's lead.
Then I guess we need to pray that SCOTUS will have the balls.
Joe Biden led the assault on Clarence Thomas.
Thomas
What keeps the lower courts from creating delays and slow walking everything?
If that happens appeals will be made to higher courts.
No one is going to tolerate judicial fuckery on this one.

This is why the media are suppressing the allegations of fraud.
And this is exactly why it's necessary for us to speak up in public.
People must lose faith in elections now!
