For those that want to read the differences between Redpilled Strictly-Constitutional Legal grounds vs what most cases do, here's my comment 11 days ago:
The pdf in the OP Post up top from the lawsuit filed, is a mix of redpilled stuff (like what you mentioned being unconstitutional of PA court usurping the State's Legislature) and bluepilled stuff (like arguing that Article 2 State's Legislature selecting Electors; is applied to State Elections which it is not.)
DJT/ Pence will win, but so far the legal theories and grounds being talked about and filed, have plenty of blue and purple pills.
I probably didn't write it too well, but read the first link I put above (its my last POST), basically the legal thinking and cases need to be split into 2 different cases; one is the case for Electors; and one is for the frauds/election/ballot/ rest of the Elections on the Ballot including in places like NY, IL, CA where the Electors are out of reach anyhow, but there's tons of DEM fraud going on.
By this do you mean this case, DJT/Pence winning Electors, cleaning up the Election Integrity, bringing down the corrupt Dem Party Machine?
The above pdf is like a glass of water from your waiter/waitress, before even the appetizers have been ordered.
