Uh yeah,

They could basically overturn the lower court ruling, throw out the whole damn lot of votes if they want, and I'm not sure but I think they have some sort of mechanism similiar to censure of a judge who defies their order.

It would be nice if a lawyer on here would chime in. For fucks sake theres gotta be one out there lurking.
