The pdf in the OP Post up top from the lawsuit filed, is a mix of redpilled stuff (like what you mentioned being unconstitutional of PA court usurping the State's Legislature) and bluepilled stuff (like arguing that Article 2 State's Legislature selecting Electors; is applied to State Elections which it is not.)
DJT/ Pence will win, but so far the legal theories and grounds being talked about and filed, have plenty of blue and purple pills.
I probably didn't write it too well, but read the first link I put above (its my last POST), basically the legal thinking and cases need to be split into 2 different cases; one is the case for Electors; and one is for the frauds/election/ballot/ rest of the Elections on the Ballot including in places like NY, IL, CA where the Electors are out of reach anyhow, but there's tons of DEM fraud going on.
