There are many different ways that the vote fraud occured, so there are different ways Election Integrity can be restored.
It really depends on the contest and the jurisdiction, which is why these things are much simplier to get right BEFORE votes are cast rather than afterwards. eg like cleaning up voter rolls (and requiring long residency requirements to register to vote) should be done beforehand, but can be done after.
The Dems in big city cheating, often intentionally mix up/mix-in bad ballots with good; thus scrambling the egg; but it still is possible to correct.
For POTUS/VP Electors, it's a techinically is a separate part of law; which is why there should really be two separate main types of lawsuits going.
In many ways the issue is for the Secretary of States within each State or the person who "certifies" elections; and for POTUS/VP it's Constitutionally up to the State's Legislatures to appoint Electors. State's Legislatures can basically do anything they want to select Electors (so long as it's not overtly illegal like throwing Christians into the arena with lions, or Hunger Games to see who wins).
For other contests on the ballot, techinically a completely clean slate can be done, with brand new voter rolls required, and new election held in one short day, in person only, with monitors, with police vehicles transporting, with cameras in the counting center; and no votes opened & counted until all boxes are into the centers after polls close. Results in just a few hours and before midnight. No electronics or software required (or allowed except for maybe a few votes for serious disability).

I just want to know one thing: if we prove some quantity of fraud, but we're not able to identify the exact ballots, what can the court do?
Can they invalidate ballots of a certain category? Or can they substract votes from Joe?
