For ages the government has claimed that they don't need to actually show examples of discrimination. The statistical breakdown of housing, or lending alone were enough to establish that discrimination occurred.

By that standard all of the statistical anomalies in this election prove fraud without any reference at all to specific ballots or votes.

Benford's law. 100,000 votes 100% for one candidate Etc.

The numbers don't lie and the government has alleged for ages that the numbers alone were sufficient to establish a case.
