Until I have some concrete proof, I’d file this as malarkey.

Because it's malarkey.

The technology exists, but it wasn't used. Feds dont print ballots, states contract it out to random companies.

So you’re going to float the idea that 1) DJT knew this election would be rife with fraud; 2) the technology exists to track and take digital images of ballots AT EACH STAGE OF THE PROCESS; but 3) he didn’t take advantage of it? Okay, sure.

Look up CISA, as well as Runbeck Election Services in Phoenix (specifically, how they print and track ballots), and explain why results were being monitored from a SCIF on Election Night. Ready, set, GO!

Unknown. There is evidence supporting the story. At least the watermarks, and efforts to secure the election by DHS. The entire plot line of a giant sting is unsubstantiated.

Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, etc.. (Washington?) sent them out, then destroyed the ones for Trump and printed new ones for Biden.

This is where the story falls apart - nothing would need to be destroyed - because they would never be sent out. So every ballot is legit (physically). Watermarks are pretty stupid from any standpoint, when the criminals are the ones printing them.
