The legislature in pa never passed vote extension. That was all done through executive order and judges. So I don't know what he is talking about

Act 77, that the PA Legislature drafted, states unequivocally that all ballots must be received on or before election day, no later than 8PM.

The PA Supreme Court pulled a mUh CoViD and extended that. The problem is, they don't have that sort of authority.

So that's why everyone and their dog is suing them right now: they ignored/willfully broke their own law.

It's not about mail-in votes in general, it's the extensions and methods of verifying that the PA supreme court fucked with.

Stop reading tweets from leftists. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU

Read the Trump campaign lawsuit of PA. You'll read pill yourself. The legal argument they make isn't necessarily that vote by mail is more fraudulent (it is), but that unequal application of the law (republican observers kicked out, signatures not being verified in dem counties, Dem counties "curing" ballots prior to election day) violates the rights of the candidate and infringes on the rights of others, voters by invalidating their lawful votes. Ie. Republican counties uphled the law and threw out mail in ballots that were without a signature. If it can be proven that Dem counties accepted no signature ballots, then the voters whose ballots where rejected where disenfranchised... Equal protection under the law!

I believe this idiot is conflating legal ballots that should've been counted the day of the election with the ballots they harvested and added days after the election. The ones counted after the polls closed shouldn't have counted, however, no-one knows yet if they have been set aside or mixed in with the ones received that day.

The vote by mail was approved in 2009 IIRC. At least, I know a court ruling on PA's vote by mail system occurred in 2009. Regardless, many vast and sweeping changes were made this year by PA courts and governor's orders in which the legislature had no say at all. These orders made the system inherently less safe from voter fraud.

And are wholly unconstitutional. That is exactly why we have 3 branches of government and the only branch that can make or change law is the legislative.

Fetterman is the heir apparent to the rat in the governor's mansion now. He's a fucking weirdo druggie who stumbled ass-backwards into politics.

Just because they may have voted for it doesn't mean they don't realise that there are a lot of irregularities in this election that point to fraud as a likely possibility.
