Just so you know received a response from the ombudsman he is also sharing the concern with CBC's editor in chief.

I write to acknowledge receipt of your email. I have shared it directly with Brodie Fenlon, Editor in Chief of CBC News. While it is at his discretion whether to respond further, this ensures that he and other editorial leaders are aware of your concerns.

Sincerely,

Jack Nagler CBC Ombudsman

"Mandate The Ombudsman acts as an appeal authority for complainants who are dissatisfied with responses from CBC information or program management.

The Ombudsman generally intervenes only when a correspondent deems a response from a representative of the Corporation unsatisfactory and so informs the Office of the Ombudsman. However, the Ombudsman may also intervene when the Corporation fails to respond to a complaint within a reasonable time."

Give the Editor a deadline to respond and state your intention to file a formal complaint if no response has been provided by that date.

Let's sharpen our pencils; we get to write sternly worded letters and let these cucks know we are not impressed.
