Yes, it should. Centipedes everywhere have been emphasizing we need re-canvassing of the votes, not just re-counting, but if those "glitches" reported here are legit and not just a data reporting issue, then this should come up in a recount, which is what I believe happened in those MI counties (recount, not even recanvassing.)

Regardless, we really need both, because recanvassing would also get rid of all the dead people or out-of-state votes.
