I've read that RCP never called PA. Maybe it's true, just as CNN hadn't called Arizona when everyone else did.

Not to be a hair-splitting dick here, but they posted a video that addresses Kamala as VP-elect, and so the video poster included that in his title, but at the same time, they didn't necessarily, actually call PA for Biden, or call the presidency for Biden.

Maybe they did, but a video post doesn't prove that they did. They just made a reference to what C-SPAN was saying. That could just be a matter of Ian Schwartz accepting alleged outcome of the election.

"Vice President-elect Kamala Harris addressed the nation at an event held by the Biden campaign in Wilmington Saturday night to declare victory in the 2020 presidential election."

RealClearPolitics wrote this.

It might be a matter of optics but that's what they wrote.

Right. Ian Schwartz wrote that in his video post. He probably isn't authorized to call a state or an election. But also isn't prevented from writing his own headlines that show his viewpoint.

So what you have is evidence of an RCP staffer accepting the call made by nearly everyone else, while his own organization hasn't made the same call yet.

I see what you mean.

Would be nice for him if he clarifies it in a future piece.

That was their final pre-election map. Results are here: https://www.realclearpolitics.com/elections/live_results/2020/president/

They never claimed Pennsylvania to begin with. They never declared Biden president. They haven’t changed anything
