Back during the Iran Contra thing I was too young to be paying attention to what was going on. Of course I knew about the scandal but didn't really know what it was about. I was probably too busy playing Mike Tyson's Punch Out on the Nintendo.

I think Fox News was holding out for as long as they could. They were hoping that the mail in ballots were going to do the job and they could pretend they were with us, while calling it for Biden. But, the overwhelming victory for Trump forced the commies to use their voting manipulation systems, so the word went out that Fox News is going to be needed to complete this operation by gaslighting the 'comeback victory' as inevitable. They were totally in on it.
