I don't think I even know what a normal talking voice sounds like without fry because nobody in either state I've lived in has talked any other way. I picked it up unknowingly back in the late 90s and early 2000s from music mostly I think. I didn't know what vocal fry was until I started researching throat pain from long periods of talking (I was 26 by the time I looked it up). I have no idea where to go to learn to speak properly on my own and enunciate better.
We don't have English teachers correcting lazy speaking (I don't pronounce the "t" in "mountain" for example) or vocal fry or anything like that. My mom was as hands-off with my education as possible, so she didn't "help" with any of it.
If somebody hasn't experienced something to be able to even know they can change to something else, how does party lines have anything to do with that? It's not an income issue where republicans can afford better quality private schools that teach these things because there's a sizeable population of poor/working class republicans that utilize the public school system like anybody else.
Also pointing out, if you're going to point out flaws with other people and their speaking/English skills, may want to make sure your own is on point. It's "would have" not "would of."
Up to now it's all been kabuki theater. The states simply report numbers and unless something super obvious occurs - always an isolated incident - the Uniparty just accepts the results. Then those party leaders who know what's up have dinner together and trade favors to keep their secrets.
