It is. I personally know one of those involved. Those at the lower levels making $10-$12/hr have felony charges and are looking at decades in jail. The person I know will get off for talking, but still is paying thousands for a lawyer. Not saying they're completely innocent, but it's another example of the small guy trying to feed their family taking the fall for their boss's crimes.
