Donald Trump is not an actual narcissist. Narcissists don't sacrifice their wealth, social status, a life of luxury, maintain any semblance of self-control from constant attack, let alone serve people beneath them in power.

Pathological narcissism is a broken person loving the ideal idea of themselves to mask the rejection of themselves from instinctive self-hatred that they project onto scapegoated threats. It's paradoxical and the people with it are absolutely bonkers (SJWs are a perfect match for it).
