I don't agree, by default he does not align with anyone, he barely came off his fence for trump, he is not a diehard, he is not a pede. While acknowledging his own bias he tries to report what people are saying (outside of our bubble), he puts caveats on everything, and with that he is rarely wrong and/or has set himself up for an easy retraction/correction if he is wrong.

But oh boy, his guests tonight on timcast IRL... fuck, worst show ever. The guest was clearly on uppers, was dangling a story about huge amounts of corruption, and was at the same time totally incomprehensible.
