What happens with those votes if they do overturn it?
Any vote received after that time frame would have to be tossed. At least the ones that could be proven. I would assume if the vote could not be corrected then it would be up to the legislature to seat electors per The Constitution. Who knows the Supreme Court may even go so far as to order a re-vote or for PA to give up its electoral votes. Fraud on this scale hasn’t been dealt with in the light of day like this before.
