Not likely. The size and position of the text seems intentional. Besides, typing up a message like this only takes a few seconds. It's not like someone would have chosen to pre-type Trump, resize it and then just fade it to obscurity.

There would be no reason to partially fade a layer like that. You would just delete the text layer.
