No need to revote. If a ballot is not legitimate then it has to be discarded bottom line but it's it's a legitimate vote then it must be counted. All the people on Twitter saying count all votes ... What if a story came out that said Russians had a plot and cast 100,000 votes. Do they want those votes counted too?

The Supreme Court may feel uncomfortable throwing out a bunch of ballots that we know are circumstantially fake, but can't provide because they are lost in a pile with 5 million more.
But they could agree to a revote so they can say, "Nobody is disenfranchised here. Just vote again." The Dems would have a hard time on such short notice.
SCOTUS can't extend the election deadline. No one can do over the election in time. They might send it to the states & if the state legislatures aren't ready to send electors, it falls to the US Congress (1 vote per state, according to that state's delegation) to decide President & the Senate decides VP. This is one constitutional remedy.
