FILE AN FCC COMPLAINT! Thousands of FCC licensed radio & TV stations can be fined thousands of dollars each "President Elect" instance. They have strict rules and a "hoax" is something they are not allowed to broadcast. ABC, NBC & CBS either own/syndicate to nearly all and could be hit hardest.

Well crap.... if they’re not meant to broadcast hoaxes then CNN should be bankrupted for the “Russia collusion” hoax!
This is for the broadcast TV stations who are ABC, NBC & CBS affiliated. TV stations with FCC licenses. Cable networks like CNN don't have to worry about this rule.
Obama implemented the Smith Mundt modernization act of 2012, making propaganda use against US citizens legal.... https://www.congress.gov/bill/112th-congress/house-bill/5736
Most of the fake news is broadcast by CNN, MSNBC, etc. Those are "cable networks" and don't fall under the same rules as actual FCC licensed broadcast TV stations. For those ABC, NBC, CBS & PBS affiliate stations, broadcasting hoax information is met with a huge fine.
Wonder if this could also apply to the BBC. They are all in on this bullshit; funding should have been pulled years ago.
It might. File complaints with Ofcom here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints
Good work, fren. 👍🏻
O how wonderful!
File complaints here. https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/broadcasting-false-information?s=09

Indicate your are filing complaints against "all stations owned by or networked with ABC, NBC and CBS" for broadcasting hundreds of instances each of false information intended to cause public panic, otherwise known as 'hoaxes,' in declaring Democrat candidate for presidency "President-Elect" at a time when the US election was highly contested and neither had won the required electoral votes. The country relied on them for truthful important news, especially during this time. Each and every broadcast of this information on every ABC, NBC and CBS affiliate is worthy of investigation and must be addressed individually.
PS: It might be good to include all PBS stations as well.
STICKY
If you can, record it and include it with your complaint. If not (or even if so), document the exact time you see it & the station you are watching and include that info with your complaint.
