If you goto the Boris Tweet where he congrats Biden, someone noticed if you crank the brightness way up there was a message under it.

I couldn't post the other pic for some reason but when a green background it was even more visible.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but why would you keep the same image file and paste over it.

When it would be easier just to make a new file entirely.
