It goes to the House where each state gets one vote. The Senate gets to vote on the VP.

What is the circumstance it goes to pelosi, a la melanie weaver vid, if election is just dragged out and never certified? They spent a lot of time talking about governors and state legislators dragging their feet to audit it.

So the contraction I'm confused in is if there's a hard deadline by December 8th how does that happen without just never seen before levels of foot dragging.

it will be settled by that time. If it isn't, the election is thrown into the house of representatives where each state gets exactly one vote.

Hawai’i had that problem in 1960, so they had two sets of Electors vote!!

The Electoral College received 6 votes instead of three.

There is a reason Bill and Hillary are Electors from NY.

Based on the PA house, it sounds like in that case if they cannot sort shit out by then, the PA house will refuse to certify the count, have a vote, and give PA to Trump.

It goes to House, with each states' delegation having only one vote a piece - which would be a plus for President Trump.
