I used machines like you described in my state. I took a picture of my printed out filled out ballot that confirmed who I voted for. It even has a QR code on it. I'm 99% sure my ballot wasn't provisional either. But I'm in a solid blue no matter what state. I think the mail in scam was enough to do the trick here not much other fuckery needed
That's how it works in other countries. You get automatically register and assigned to vote in a particular place. You can still change the place for a while, or vote by mail, or whatever; but the deadline is like 1 month before the elections.
So you can't go vote wherever you want, all mail in votes are received way before the election day, and you also need an ID so you can't even vote twice in the same place.
If the machines are creating the paper ballots and using QR codes to scan them, then that's functionally no different than 100% digital ballots. The ballots should be 100% human readable without QR codes that can be manipulated without human verification.
The is not scanning anything. You just select the candidate and click print. Then you get a ballot saying: "Voting for Mr. Candidate". and you put that in the voting box.
If a human want to count the votes you can do it, if you want to recount you can do that as many times as you want.
The advantage of this is that:
there is impossible that the votes are wrongly filled with sharpies or whatever because the machine printed an already standardize version.
you get instantaneous, PROVISIONAL, results because the machine keep track of how many times you clicked print for each candidate.
If the human count vary significantly from the machine you can claim automatic recount, because is impossible to glitch a software that is that simple.
You still need to:
A) ID
B) Register to vote in the place. You can print one million votes from the machine if you want, it doesn't even read your ID; but ultimately is another human that will let or prevent you from putting the paper in the official votes box.
Watermark them all. Any mail out ballot has to be traceable back to that person.
Any mail out ballot must be accompanied by a video of the voter proclaiming their preference and that they have not been paid or coerced to fill in ballot. All absentee ballots must be requested in person. No unsolicited ballots.
When the person votes in person they are given a receipt of their watermark ballot. They are sent email and paper copies after with the print out of their vote. The same for mail in.
No one company will be used to print or provide machines in any one district or precinct. A minimum of three must be selected.
Machine voting will only be used to scan paper ballots. There will be no fully electronic systems.

Again, I know I’m a broken record, but we need to be careful with stories from Gateway Pundit.
Unless they’ve updated it, their source is “someone who saw it happen.“ Then the article goes on to disprove the headline. Nothing has been changed yet. There are reports that this “glitch“ was discovered but then the article itself isn’t even making the claim that the vote count has changed in any official way whatsoever. Gateway Pundit is extremely sloppy and very unreliable and they’ve been caught using garbage sources many times. Let’s be careful with these people.
We deserve better journalism than this. We don’t deserve exaggerative headlines, we deserve good sources, we deserve solid reporting. GP has had to backtrack way too many times, and there were many times they should’ve. We should expect better.

Not surprised. Everyone sends their results to a server in the cloud. Who has access to that server? Can people change votes without leaving a trace?

I know FOR SURE that in 2018 the democrats stole their control of the house through the same tactics they are using now. I watched personally as at least 9 or so different races in southern California, all of which had republicans winning with 97-99% of the voting results from precincts reporting and with margins too large to be mathematically possible to lose, magically had their races flip to democrats when tons of votes, all for democrats happened to show up late at night.
It looks like Dominion programmed their firmware to only award a certain percentage of the votes for republicans to republicans...when of course it should be 100%. What they didn't expect was our turnout. They thought the machines would get us close enough where the mail in shenanigans could be pulled off within an hour or two. It didn't happen that way. Like I said before, every state using dominion is suspect. Should we prove this, we also need to help our fellow conservatives in Canada. Cuckdeau just squeaked by..i think that faggot stole the election. I think 2018 and the Canadian PM election were dry runs for 2020. If so dominion needs to be dissolved and everyone working there in prison.

And let’s add to that. If I were writing vote tabulation software, and designing the hardware there would be multiple redundancy in both the inputs to the system and the checks on the data and the calculations. Irresponsible if you didn’t.
