We/they are conditioned, and there’s also the conditioning below the conditioning. There’s probably multiple factors contributing to that knee-jerk response.

like “Hitler tried to exterminate the Jews, and that’s bad, so you can’t criticize the Israeli government.“

In fairness, the fact that Muslims hate Jews, and Muslims are the worlds most dangerous thrill kill death cult probably affects it as well.

I hope you continue to persevere, because “America First“ is the way, and it puts Jewish Americans, blacks, everybody, ahead of all of the rest of the world.

I think it’s a righteous position.

Edit: I don’t even have a specific position against Israel, although I understand that some do, and it might be valid. I just agree that “America First“ means that objectively criticizing other countries can never be “out of bounds.“ it’s just ridiculous.

That's precisely why the knee-jerkers well knee-jerk. Because it's righteous. I care more about jewish Americans than Israelis. Sue me. I care more about black Americans than africans. Sue me. I care more about Americans than "insert progressive label"-americans. It's not wrong and that's why we are censored because meritoriously no one can argue against this. I'm already being downvoted for expressing what I professionally express every single day, logic.

The times are changing though and many and more are able to take the blinders off and run free. There's never going back but there's also never seeing the light.

Once POTUS questions the strange American-israeli relationship it'll be fair game. For now, cryptic messages will have to suffice.

"If the I in AIPAC stood for italians they'd call it a criminal organization, a mob. A bunch of italians in congress allocating money for Italy for "military aid". What a racket."
