The SC doesnt decide who is POTUS it will be unconstitutional for them to do so. They can decide on certain aspects of upholding the law. Like "votes recived after Nov 3rd are disqualified according to the law of the PA state". Or similar disputes.
We must follow the Constitution. The Constitution has clear remedies for an election dispute and how to proceed. And put the decision on the legislature of each state. This is why is so important to put attention to your local and State elections.
I believe there is enough evidence of fraud for the court to rule in favor of Trump and disqualify illegal votes. No "Hail Mary Pass" needed.
I believe this as well. Of course, we only get one side of the story and, hypothetically, if our community were the only ones talking about it, I'd have less faith that it'll overturn. However, the entire world is talking about this. All Trump has to do is get his foot in the door with something as small as reasonable doubt, of which we have overwhelming evidence to use, and it snowballs from there.
The DOJ getting involved is a big step. Why would they get involved if there was nothing there? We've had election fraud litigation happen with less involvement before.
