The only cords I saw on the machines were power cords, so I don't imagine any tabulation is occurring before the paper goes into the scanners, although it's certainly possible that the printout doesn't match what the QR code tells the scanner. It's not like we can read those the way we can English.
So I wonder if these print out before or after the code "glitch" takes place, per vote
