Are we going to have to judge shop, file so many cases until we get honest judges willing to accept the suits and flip them up the ladder to the SC?
This seems to be a new strategy......going from no evidence of anything wrong to "judges dismissing suits wholesale."
A lefty lawyer friend of mine believes this wholesale. He only reads NYT WaPo and The Atlantic. He "can't wait for Trump to be in jail". I keep telling him it's going to the supreme court. "He will lose!". No critical thought, just pure bias.
