This is a point Richard Baris (The people’s Pundit) made on his YouTube show. Because the voter roles are dirty (i.e., they have lots of names of dead people, people who have moved, etc., compounded over years) these make up a percentage of the voting pool that simply cannot vote. That is why percentages of 95% or greater are impossible, because some large percent of “registered voters” are actually ineligible. Thus, if we see high voter turnout 95% and above, it is because ineligible voters, dead people, etc., are voting! Just thought I’d share...
