I’m fairly certain they ballot harvested in my precinct in Dane county. Over 90% of the voter roll had “absentee ballot received” and there is a nursing home in my area. They had high school kids processing the absentee ballots.

Another anecdoctal thing I heard from a poll worker in a small town in Dane county was ghost voting. Someone was trying to vote with a previous address. They were called out because it was that poll workers current address. Apparently the person running it got the person registered and they still voted (not sure what address they ultimately used, apparently someone else in line was offering to use their address
