The clerk of Antrim County came public with that herself. I believe they double checked because it’s normally a red county and it went blue. So they manually double checked and found the error. I believe they also technically say it was a user error.

OK, so I guess the next question is, can these be detected manually now after the fact? The answer seems "yes"?
The answer is definitely yes, just need a manual recount. But we want an audit more than a recount
yes, manual counting (be ethical counters) seems to be a surefire way to reverse these "glitches"
