I really haven't looked into Alaska enough, North Carolina is a weird one though because some organizations say that they finished counting all the precincts while others don't. It doesn't seem like any left-winger is claiming that state though, so I think Trump edged it out

There’s no possible way to flip AK, Trump got 66% there.
