Why well-educated Boris Johnson rushed with congratulations to Biden? How does he take them back, when Trump is vindicated and certifies for the second term?
I seem to vaguely recall the same thing happening in 2000 ; some world leaders did congratulate Gore based on reporters "calling" states. There was also the same talk of Logan Act violations then, but IIRC , it was more like anything but the most casual talk between them COULD be a violation, rather than that Gore HAD violated the act. But that's from memory, and memory of what I saw on tv then, not so much from what was online.

Boris got so much political capital from the British people. Hard-working British patriots who had voted Labour for generations voted Tory in the very poorest heartlands. Boris must have holes in his pockets because that capital is slipping away fast. He was meant to be our Trump. He stands by as the police push a war veteran to the ground at the Cenotaph on 11/11. He'd better wake the F"#K UP!
