Last I checked, the leads in both the states are unsurmountable. Unless there are like you know hundred thousand uncounted absentee or mail in ballots

NC changed the law (two weeks ago) to counts votes that come in until the 12th of November. Will they cheat in plain sight with everyone watching? Oh, I would bet on it

Likely harder to cook the books due to population distribution, pulling out all the stops to keep electoral vote totals lower for President Trump (psy-op optics) for as long as possible, and/or a futile attempt to keep focus off the big -steal states.
Don't want to hurt the delicate emotions of the entranced slaves of the legacy media.
Trump needs to send in people he can actually trust from law enforcement and have the remaining uncalled states on watch 24/7 including watching the back doors and any other sneaky thing they can think about.
Demoralization tactic.
